We did it! 2 years of searching for the perfect place, 1 year of permit struggles, 2 years of hard manual labor, and we’re finally here! Our inaugural website launch, booking weddings for 2020, and a general sigh of relief.
We started this journey way back in 2015, when Debbie and Clint (the owners) were looking for a new adventure in their lives. They decided that they wanted to marry their passions (pun intended). Clint always loved working with his hands and Debbie loved weddings. Thus, Avonlea Farms was born. We searched long and hard to find the perfect place, God closed a lot of doors until we found this one! We needed a beautiful farm that needed some love but had great character. It wasn’t until 2017 that we stumbled upon 64 acres nestled along Apple Grove Rd. A lake, woods, fields, and a gorgeous 200-year-old oak tree? God is good!
Once we got the property was when work really began though!
We’ve been spending the last 2 1/2 years getting this place ready for brides like you! We have a passion for making one of the most special days of your life perfect. We’d love for you to come out and see what we’ve done with the place!
Our work is far from over but we can’t wait to begin making your dream wedding a reality.
